How much does shipping cost?

• We offer flat-rate on all orders*. Shipping is available nationwide for $14.99 - *for ground shipping only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii- normally arrives between 3-5 business days after shipping. 

• Expedited Shipping is available as well for a flat rate of $24.99 and will ship next business day

Where do you ship?

• We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

How long does shipping take?

• Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.

How do you ship your product?

• Once you select your desired date, Mulami will pack and ship your package along with thermal liners, maintaining a cool temperature for safe transit. 

Can I track my order?

• Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
