At Mulami, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns and refunds under the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns

Perishable food items, including salami and other charcuterie products, are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@mulami.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide photos of the damaged or defective product along with your order number.
- We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable- although if damaged, or defective, we will refund the shipping fees, as long as it is within the Shipping and Return Policy guidelines.

Refunds may not be available for perishable food items unless they were delivered damaged or defective.
- If you did not receive your package, please reach out to our customer support so we can ship a replacement or help with a refund
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email info@mulami.com with details and images of the issue.
6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Perishable food products (unless damaged or defective upon arrival).
